dachshunds flock to the Heath on Sunday

 

dachshund lovers from around the Capital and the South East will be flocking to Hampstead Heath this Sunday for the third annual dachshund fest.

 

Organised and run by the popular dachshunds in London club, the West Meadow of the Heath will be filled with pint sized pooches frolicking and racing to raise money for charity.

 

Special guests include Dima Yeremenko and his Good Boy Dog school, Sniffles Dog Spa and dog photographer Yulia Titovets.

The day will be jam packed with prizes including Equafleece jumpers, a Sniffles spa day treatment and lots of yummy treats from organic food company Lily's Kitchen.

London's miniature race returns

On your marks...get set....GO!

The official dachshunds in London race day has returned.

The big day, set for 22nd May at Hampstead Heath, will see London's dachshunds competing wet nose to wet nose against the green grasses of north London's big park.

Contestants must measure more than 50cm with four paws and flappy ears - or thereabouts.

There will be more fun and competitions throughout the afternoon once more and a huge thanks goes out to Lily's Kitchen who have kindly offered to sponsor us for the second year running.
